NemoNemo, your dreams are nobody else's.
Nobody. Your dreams they cry in the night.
The wolf doesn't howl at the moon for any purpose,
but to thank it for it's guiding light.
Nemo, won't you collect your dreams
and scatter them high in the nighttime sky.
Then lonely wolves can have a brighter object
that shines, upon which they can cry.
Nemo, you can see colour in your mind,
colour that shines without any light
that dances around at the darkest of times
and leaves a hope in the dead of night.
Nemo, those colours are nobody else's,
but the lone wolf needs them too.
So dream forever with the moon above
and your never ending dreams will sing for you.
forever hereI'm here right now, "but you can't be here forever"
It feels like I will be here forever
and in certain circles of space I will
time is never ending
I am here forever in the space above my pillow-
I am here forever in the winds that blow
I breathe the cold air into me
I can feel it there, forever flow.
Here in the middle of the street
in the middle of the night and light
I find another forever space
and in the morning moments
and in the afternoon
we are always there in the middle of the street
there when its empty, and there when the cars pass through.
A forest and a castleA forest and a castle-
hidden space in both
In nature you are my teacher
Inside you lie and smoke.
Inside the things I want to do are cancelled
So I roam through the hidden spaces,
I crawl around, unfound against the dark stained wood
In a flickering light that illuminates the floor,
an orange glow
grabs my wrist and drags me out
sudden so -
and outside a cold wind blows
which i follow, running wild
past twigs and branches that
try to capture me
but the wind has my breath and voice
so I chase it, wordless
In your face, in your eyes
I find the truth
and I cry because you are not real
and I cry because I am not real.
So I hold onto you so the wind won't carry you away
and we are suddenly together
with a slanted forest under our feet
and walking through it
we try to speak the thoughts in our mind
before they turn to blood
and flow away.
